My Email Client is sticking / freezing and I can't download my emails
If you are experiencing problems downloading emails with POP3/IMAP this could be due to a large email in your mailbox which is giving the appearance of a "stuck" download.
To view what is in your mailbox you should use the webmail interface (webmail dot mydomain.com) ie http://webmail.example.com/
Log into this interface using your email address and POP3 password and you will be able to view your emails online.Â You can then view and delete any offending emails.
You can also access the webmail interface through the Plesk control panel as follows
