Once you have signed up, you should receive a welcome email confirming order and closer to the activation date you should also receive an email confirming your IP assignments and login details.
If you have ordered a router from us this will usually ship pre-configured with IPv4 and where appropriate IPv6 addresses already configured.
Our servers automatically push the relevant configuration data to your router during the PPP(oe) negotiation phase, and this information includes gateway address, name server addresses and speed profile based on your subscription.
If you need to manually configure our NS cache entries for whatever reason, this can be done as follows (note that these addresses are not public and will not resolve for you unless you are on the Fido network)

If you need to report a fault with your broadband connection you should always ensure that you have tried turning the router off for 5-10 minutes (and then back on) before you call. 99% of problems can be resolved by rebooting your router / resetting the ATM frame connection on the BT Wholesale network.
