Log into the Spam Panel at https://spamcloud.fido.net/ using your email address and your password.
To use the outbound SMTP scanning you need to configure your mail server as "smtp.fido.net" and authenticate using the details configured under outbound -> email users
You should also configure your SMTP client to use port 587 for SMTP Submission
This is achieved on Exchange 2007/2010 by executing the following command at the Exchange Powershell
Powershell> Set-SendConnector -Identity "Win*" -Port 587
Assuming you have the default Identity of "Windows SBS Internet Send $hostname" alternatively replace the Win* in quotes with the identity of your SMTP Connector - which can be discovered using the "Get-SendConnector" cmdlet
