A service plan is a aset of services and resources offered to hosting customers. Typically the resources include disk space on the server and bandwidth for hosting websites, and the services include hosting, mail hosting etc.
To add a new plan, click SERVICE PLANS and then ADD NEW PLAN.
You now need to enter a name for the new service plan and choose the Overuse policy.
Next, define the disk space and monthly traffic limit provided with the plan.
This is also where you can set mail related settings such as the number of mailboxes and their maximum allowed size.
Next, go to PERMISSIONS.
From here you can define what privileges and services are provided with the subscription.
You now choose which privileges you want to allow.
Next, go to HOSTING PARAMETERS.
From here you can choose whether to provide hosting with the plan.
Also, choose which scripting languages you want to allow.
Next, click MAIL.
From here you can decide the parameters which define the mail service provided with the plan.
You need to set the mebmail program using the drop-down menu provided, decide whether to enable the mailing list service and set the policy for mail recieved for non-existent users.
Next, click DNS.
From here you can specify how the DNS service running on the server will serve DNS zones for websites hosted on the plan.
Next, go to PERFORMANCE.
From here you can define the maximum speed that a domain can share between all it's connections as well as the maximum number of simultaneous connections to the web server.
Lastly, go to LOGS AND STATISTICS.
From here you can set the traffic statistics and log rotation settings.
Now, click OK to create the new plan.
The new plan has been created.
To manage any of the plans you've created, click a plan's name.
