We take your security and the security of your account very seriously.
There are several automated methods which you can use to reset your account password, however these require that you still have access to your email account.
If you have lost/forgotten the password for your email account then we can only reset this once we have positively verified you are the account holder.
In order to do this we need a copy of your passport / drivers license or other Government issued photo id, as well as proof of your address (Bank Statement or Utility bill)
These should be scanned and emailed to us or uploaded through the support centre.
Once we have these, and we are satisified you are indeed the account holder, we can then work with you to reset your password and help you regain access to your account
